| Welcome to AV-HandI.com Who We Are The Southern California H&I Committee is a group that takes panel of AA meetings into facilities, hospitals, rehab centers and such where the residents cannot leave to go to outside meetings. Many sober members of Alcoholics Anonymous credit the first message they heard that helped them to stay sober was during one of these meetings. We service various facilities in the Antelope Valley area including Mira Loma State Prison, Tarzana Treatment Center and others. If you would like to become part of the Antelope Valley H&I Committee, Please come to our monthly meeting at the Friends of Bill W. Hall located at 14254 Wall Street, Unit 115, Lancaster CA 93534.
